Pacer Announces Andy Kelford as General Manager

Pacer is pleased to announce Andy Kelford as the General Manager of Pacer. Originally from Canada and moving from Detroit, MI, Kelford brings significant field experience and expertise in managing multifaceted construction and manufacturing projects. Previously with Jacobs Engineering, Kelford was Site Manager for projects including the expansion of Ellsworth Air Force Base and building of climatic wind tunnel test facilities for BEHR America, Ford, and General Motors. He has also served as Operations Manager on multiple projects and is a Master Electrician. Pacer welcomes Kelford and has great confidence that his extensive skills, engergy and new perspectives will move us to a very successful future.

Pacer begins work for ISO 14001 certification.
